Cancellation Of Cleaning Appointments
When it comes to the provision of our services, we in Aboutime are well aware that occasionally life gets in the way and clients may need to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances. We are very happy to deal with this situation when it arises and we can reschedule your appointment whenever suits you.
However, when you book your cleaning service, you are holding a space on our schedule which is no longer available to other clients. Therefore, in order to avoid disruption and loss of business, we would respectfully ask you to please call us as soon as you know you have a problem with a given appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we request that you call us at least 48 business hours in advance. Your advance notice will allow another client to access that appointment time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on 01 8480444 between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Late Cancellation
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 business hours before the scheduled service. In the case of services booked for any given Monday, cancellation on the preceding Friday is also considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of the clean.
In the case of the late cancellation of a new client’s first service, we will charge the client 100% of the cost of the clean.
