To whom it may concern…. Cleaning of our offices in Malahide has been managed by ABOUT TIME CLEANING for the past several years and we have been very happy with the results. Since the beginning of the cleaning service, we have had a few cleaners and I cannot offer one negative comment about the service that we have received. On the odd occasion when our cleaner was unable to clean our offices, ABOUT TIME have contacted me in plenty of time to make alternative arrangements and offer a replacement cleaner. They have taken responsibility for ensuring that the replacement cleaner know exactly what to do for each of our five tenants. When additional cleaning supplies are needed, I am contacted in plenty of time to arrange for a restock. Since most of our tenants deal with the public from 9-5pm, ABOUT TIME has arranged for a cleaner to come to the office outside of normal working hours which means minimal interruption to our tenants. On several occasions, the cleaners have “gone that extra mile” for which we were hugely grateful. The relationship that we have with “ABOUT TIME” feels like a “partnership” and I am very grateful for the service we receive from both the cleaners and the customer service from the office staff (which has been exceptional). Krystyna has been cleaning for me for a couple of years now. I would like to say that I find Krystyna exceptionaly good at her job. She cleans my house and does some ironing for me fortnightly. I always find the house is clean and tidy when she is fininshed and I do find her very trustworthy. I would have no problem in recommending Krystyna to friends of mine and have done in the past, she is a lovely lady.
