No, it is not required. The cleaners will need access to your house – you can leave them the keys, or we can offer a key management service.
You can either pay with a Visa or Mastercard card, cheque or cash on the day of the clean. With Mastercard or Visa, we will take your card number and then charge the amount after the clean is complete. We will ensure that you are happy with your clean before charging the card.Â
