FAQ’s

Do you service my area?
We cover all of Dublin city and county. We also cover some parts of Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.
Do I have to be home for a Clean?
No, we are happy to make an arrangement with you to gain access to the property if you cannot be there when we call. Some clients will leave a key with a neighbour for example.
How long will my clean take?
This depends entirely on the size of the property and the type of service including extras that you have chosen when booking.
For regular cleaning, do you send the same cleaners each time?
No, not necessarily. We have multiple high quality teams providing a professional service throughout the greater Dublin area. Each job will be scheduled according to the team that is nearest you on a given day. But rest assured that all of our cleaners are very experienced and will provide you with an excellent service. If you have specific instructions for your home they will be passed to whichever supervisor is responsible for your clean on the day.
How do I pay for my clean?

Payment can be made securely either by debit or credit card.  A “hold” in the amount of the clean is put on the card from the day before your requested booking date. However your card is not actually charged until the service has been completed. You can also pay by cash or cheque on the day to the cleaner.

What is your cancellation policy?

We realise that it can be difficult to juggle many tasks at once and on occasion life intervenes and it’s necessary to cancel a service. Don’t worry, it’s not a problem. Simply email us at info@martink69.sg-host.com at least 24 hours before you are due to have your clean and the service will be cancelled without incurring any cost to you.

As we reserve a specific time slot for your clean we are unable to schedule another job if a clean is cancelled at short notice. For any cancellations made after 5pm the day before your service is due, you will be charged the full amount of your clean. We appreciate your understanding on this.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Our goal is that you will be 100% satisfied with our service. However in the event that our service falls below the high standards we set ourselves, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to send our team back to rectify any problems or omissions. We stand over our work and we want you to be happy with the result.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, our cleaners are fully insured while in your property.
Can I leave a key with my cleaner?
Yes, we provide a secure key holding service for regular clients who wish to have their cleaning service carried out while they are not at home.
