We recommend to arrange a viewing with our area manager on 01 848 0444 a couple of days before the construction build is finished.  All painting must be finished and dried before the cleaners arrive as dust will stick to the wet paint. It is recommended to arrange the clean 4-5 days after the builders leave, this will allow the dust to settle down.Â
